Last month, we talked about introducing fasting into our life, and the best days to do it are Ekadashi days. If you did accept the challenge, please share your experience with us. 

Three of our readers, who we know took on the challenge, all agreed that fasting on Ekadashi days were easier than they expected. All three agreed that on the next day they felt lighter and rejuvenated, and all tree indicated a weight loss of 2 pounds as a result of it. This is all great news! Let’s keep up with Ekadashi days fasting. March Ekadashi days are the 14 and 28th. 

So, what are we up to in March? Early spring is a perfect time for a deeper cleansing.  

1. Clean your physical space. 

According to Feng Shui, decluttering is the first step towards helping you achieve your goals faster, feeling better, and opening yourself to creativity and abundance. 

What is clutter?

Things that you do not use or love

Things that are untidy or disorganized

Too many things in a small space

Also, anything unfinished that keeps sitting on your shelves, in your closets, in your garage, etc.. 

So, find time during the month of March to declutter your physical space. 

2. Clean the energy of your space.

Smudging is a great way to do it. Find the article in this edition to learn more about this ancient and sacred ritual. 

Make smudging your space become your daily ritual. Best time for it could be before meditation or before you go to bed.  

3. Cleanse your body. 

Consider introducing simple colon cleanse into your monthly body cleansing. Why colon? One of the main sources of our illnesses are hidden in the guts. Consult with your naturopathic doctor on the best way to do a colon cleanse. It can be as simple as introducing flax seeds into your diet or increasing the consumption of fiber. There are also more effective ways to do it, but we need to proceed with caution especially in cases of pre-existing medical conditions. The benefits of this cleanse are enormous. 

4. Purify the energy of your body.
