This simple dish is full of fiber, iron, and inflammation fighting turmeric. Have it as a side or a full bowl for a delicious, warming, nutritious meal!
Ingredients
Olive oil
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup vegetable or chicken broth
1 handful dark, leafy greens
Turmeric
1/4 cup Tahini
Instructions
Heat a medium pan over medium heat Add a healthy dose of olive oil, then the beans. Sautee for five minutes.
Add the broth, and bring to a simmer. Then add the greens and continue to simmer for one minutes
Whisk in the tahini and as much turmeric as desired.
Taste for salt and pepper.
