Hopefully, I’ve established some credibility in your minds as to the validity of mystically derived wisdom because this is what I will use to try and complete the last portion of the jigsaw puzzle with the missing pieces that science does not possess. I rely primarily on the Gnostic texts, a compilation of Judeo - Christian and pagan wisdom that I find astonishingly scientific to the point of predicting the major theories of quantum physics over two thousand years ago.

The Chinese New Year ushers in a new cycle each year on the day following the New Moon of Aquarius.  This year, on February 9, 2024 the Year of the Wood Dragon begins.  For the sake of comparison, previous Dragon years occurred in 2012, 2000, 1988, 1976, 1964 (last Wood Dragon), and 1952.  The Dragon is the fifth sign of the Chinese Zodiac, aligned with the astrological sign of Leo, and Dragon years do tend to produce a great deal of drama, in keeping with the nature of that sign. 

As we step into 2024, The World Economic Forum’s Global Risks Report highlights a critical concern: the rising tide of misinformation and disinformation. Understanding these terms is essential: Disinformation is deliberately misleading information (could be  propagated by governments), while misinformation is misleading information that is generally spread without malicious intent.

Elliott came to me in 2009 when I was nineteen, at the cost of exactly one cupcake. He was a tiny little thing. I can now look back on past relationships and events and understand the evolutionary meaning in the words of this poem. The Gods as the ancients called the planets are the archetypes which are alive inside of us.
