I’ve been working on creating and living my best; however, recently I experienced a frustrating emotional block which temporarily affected my spiritual writing and energy work. I hit what felt like a solid wall of fear and was similar to driving a car with one foot on the gas pedal while having the other foot on an invisible brake.
If you’ve recently experienced unexpected restlessness or noticed unusual internal fidgeting, then you may be feeling what is similar to the caterpillar in its cocoon when it’s time to emerge as a butterfly.
Forgiveness is a powerful choice and step to take when you’ve felt hurt or treated unfairly by someone else, a situation, or event. It’s easy to know that it needs to be done but you may resist taking steps to forgive if you have lingering anger, bitterness, or other strong emotions around what’s happened in the past.
Many times in our lives we experience loss, unfairness, disappointment, and pain. At any time, especially as we get older, it can seem hard to "bounce back" - to once again give life, love other people and ourselves.
Life is full of polarity: love and hate, joy and suffering, compassion and greed, laughter and tears. We can choose our perceptions, we can choose our thoughts, but sometimes they smack into the harsh reality of life turning the wheels of fate as it may - whether a loss of loved one, a car accident, loss of a job, or some other hardship beyond our control.
Experiencing different losses during a lifetime, even though at the various degrees and frequencies, remain a common denominator for all humans
