Ingredients:
1/2 regular sized waterlemon, cubed
1/4-1/2 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup fresh mint, roughly chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp lime juice
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
Instructions:
Combine the ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix gently, taste and adjust any ingredient desired.
Serve cold.
