Vegetable Juice for Improving Eye Health

Vegetable Juice

Kale, bell pepper, celery, beets, and kiwi are all strong in lutein for eyesight benefit. Start your morning with this fresh juice for healthy eye support all day!

Ingredients

2 branches kale

1 orange bell pepper

1 beet, with or without greens

3 kiwis

2 stalks of celery

Instructions

Wash the fruits and vegetables well. If not using organic, add a bit of apple cider vinegar to the wash to help remove any sprays. The peppers do not need to be deseeded. Skinning the kiwi is optional.

Feed the fruits and vegetables through the juicer gently but steadily. It is a good idea to end with the celery, as this will help push more of the juice through.

Stir the juice together well and serve with ice. For best results, drink immediately.
