1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Stir in heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Return the chicken to the skillet to warm through.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
