Make Meditation Your Daily Routine

Challenge of the month

If someone would ask me what is the most useful subject to learn to live a meaningful life, my answer will be, “Learn Astrology.” If someone would ask me what the most powerful technique is to live a happy and fulfilling life, my answer will be, “Daily Meditation.”

I know that in our indigo community, there are many who meditate. Great!  Let’s have all of us on board!  

The benefits of meditation are numerous and well-known. Well-researched too! What many people don’t realize is that we, as humans, possess an amazing technology built in within us. We all have miraculous God-given capabilities that are longing to be tapped into. From lowering blood pressure, improving mental health to boosting creativity and restoring memory, daily meditations make you calmer, happier, and wiser. They are easy and don’t require any especial equipment. One of the easiest ways to access our magic is through meditation.

My daily meditations have made me very innovative to the extent that there is NO problem I can’t solve in the areas I am energetically invested in. My psychic abilities have grown – I think meditation is here to thank. I know who is calling me without looking at the phone, or I somehow know what reply I will get to my email.  I can “scan” people quite accurately now, and I can separate True from False pretty easily without digging into research. Recently it felt like I began channeling during meditations. I don’t know what the next surprise is going to be, but it feels great to be human in its full sense. Have I convinced you to try meditating daily?
