Salmon, dill, and lemon are a star trio, and this dish lets the flavors shine together! Serve with some roasted potatoes or a light salad.
Ingredients:
1 lb samon cut into 4 oz filets, skin on
2 tbsp melter butter
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tbsp fresh dill
4 lemon slices
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
In a small bowl, whisk together the butter, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Place the salmon skin side down, leaving a bit of room in between the filets. Drizzle the butter mixture over the filets and place one lemon slice on each.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
Serve immediatly with an extra garnish of fresh dill.
Enjoy!
