Fruit Smoothies and Smoothie Bowls

Smoothies

All of the antioxidants and probiotics in this smoothie will do nothing but good, healing effects on the skin.

Ingredients

Any of the following fruits:

Strawberries, blueberries, bananas, kiwis, watermelon, cherries, blackberries, or raspberries

One half cup plain Greek yogurt

One and one fourth cup almond or coconut milk

Raw honey to taste

Instructions

Place all of the ingredients in a blender until well combined. Pour into a cup.

For a Smoothie Bowl:

Blend on low until the consistency is close to soft serve ice cream. Pour into a bowl, and top with granola, chia seeds, coconut flakes, or hemp seeds.

Enjoy!

Notes:

Throw in some flax seeds for an extra burst of probiotics!

Use frozen fruits for a colder and thicker smoothie.
