Detoxing After the Jab

Detoxing After the Jab

Writing this article was both – one of the easiest things for me to take on, and at the same time, one of the most difficult. On one hand, I specialize in helping my clients build foundations of wellness – something detoxification is an essential part of. On the other hand, information about the Covid-19 vaccine is so warped and controversial, so I couldn’t get any straight answers.

This is when I engaged what I like to call “observational common sense”. With complete neutrality, I began researching everything I could about Covid-19 and the vaccine. I aimed to answer these questions for myself:

– How do they work?

– Positive and negative effects?

– What’s in the mainstream media and what’s being banned?

– What are other governments doing and how are their citizens reacting?

– Who is saying what, and what benefit could they be getting from spreading their information?

I wrote down anything that stood out and simply noticed what messages naturally came together. I strongly encourage each and every one of you to do the same.

Though I won’t express all the opinions I developed, I did come to a universal conclusion: There is risk involved with the vaccine, and it should be treated with the same caution and consideration as any other medication.

We’ve all seen those drug commercials: “Side effects may include *nearly 2 minutes of side effects*”

However, it’s always followed up with: “Talk to your doctor about if this medication is right for you.” Why aren’t vaccines – especially the Covid-19 vaccines – given that same platform? It feels as though our doctors have been reduced to glorified pharmaceutical salesmen: exaggerating the benefits, and minimizing the side effects. The decision and responsibility are yours – Is the vaccine right for YOU? By doing the practice above you can answer all your questions and more. Still, some of us don’t have a choice, and others of us fear the choice is being taken away slowly but surely. In this article, I aim to help you understand how detoxification works, and what you can do to get started.

HOW DOES

DETOXIFICATION WORK?

So, what exactly is IN the Covid-19 vaccines? Well, let’s just say the answer is “fuzzy”. The CDC has a list of presumably “all” the ingredients for the Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. But I’ll give you a quick list of what has been traditionally used in the past:

– Mercury

– Aluminum

– Diseased animal organ tissue – horse, monkey, cow, dog, pig

– Anti-freeze

– Human embryonic cells

It’s important to understand that the Covid-19 vaccines contain things that no vaccine has ever contained before: mRNA and manufactured DNA. All the things listed above can be detoxed post-injection, but changes to your DNA are IRREVERSIBLE.

Liver and Gallbladder

Liver and gallbladder are the big hitters when it comes to detoxification! The liver filters out harmful substances from the blood. Typically, the toxins are broken down, made releasable and excreted through.

However, the liver can get bogged down, and it then becomes very difficult to excrete anything. In this case, it takes the toxins and stores them in fat for safe keeping. When toxins are stored in fat, they can’t circulate the blood stream and impact organ function. However, the downside is that it still puts weight on your organs and burdens their functionality. The gallbladder provides bile, which aids in the breakdown and excretion of fats when your liver is ready to process and release it.

Phase 1 of detoxification is the liver’s process for converting fat soluble (absorbed into fat) toxins into water-soluble (absorbed into water) toxins.

I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but we don’t SWEAT fat. We don’t excrete fat, and we don’t breath out fat. All of those activities are water-based. So in order for the toxins to be released from our bodies, we need them to be able to be absorbed into water. This process is often called “unlocking your toxins” so they can be released. These “unlocked’ water-soluble toxins are actually more harmful in this state than they were originally, but that’s where Phase 2 detoxification comes in.

Phase 2of detoxification is called the “conjugation pathways”, where the liver gathers nutrients to render the water-soluble toxins non-harmful. From there, they can be safely excreted out of the body through the sweat glands, the urine, stool, and mucus membranes.

Detoxification can be stunted by a few things:

Fatty liver – people think alcohol is the only thing that damages the liver, but fatty liver for most people comes from over-consumption of SUGAR.

Continuous exposure – Detoxing while still using chemical cleaning products or eating toxic food is a great way to burn out your liver.

Inflammation/Stress – The body is a survival machine, and it will not allocate any resources to healing if it’s constantly putting out inflammation and stress fires.

Nutrient deficiencies – Balanced nutrition is vital to shift from phase 1 into phase 2. If the liver has to stop at phase 1 because there aren’t enough resources, there are highly dangerous water-soluble toxins circulating your bloodstream.

Healing crisis – This happens when you start detoxing without proper internal support. You may start experiencing headaches, nausea, exhaustion, and diarrhea if your body is trying to detox faster than it is physically capable of doing.

Now that you understand what will be happening inside your body, here are some simple things you can do at home to detox after the jab!

– Limit or completely eliminate sugar and substances like alcohol.

– Get a water filtration system – stop drinking tap and bottled water.

– Swap out non-stick cookware for stainless steel with an 18:10 rating or better.

– Avoid the Dirty dozen (the 12 most pesticide-ridden foods):

– Begin cleaning with non-chemical based cleaning products.

– Actively sweat at least 15 minutes every day – exercise sweat is best..

Powerful herbs to look for in detoxification supplements

Milk Thistle (Silimarin)

For thousands of years, milk thistle has been used for liver conditions, and is one of the most well-known herbs for liver detoxification. It’s an antioxidant, and reduces inflammation throughout the body. One of it’s more amazing properties is preventing toxins from binding to cells and stabilizing cell membranes to stop cell death. It also stimulates liver cell regeneration and bile production for smoother breakdown and excretion.

Reishi Mushroom

Reishi mushroom is known as the “Supreme Protector” as it is one of the most powerful adaptogens available. This means it helps your body with handling stress response for an overall calmer demeanor. I said earlier that the body cannot put any resources toward true healing if it’s always putting out fires. Detoxification can only happen in a calm, safe environment where your parasympathetic nervous system is dominant. It also stimulates glutathione production, the “master antioxidant”.

Dandelion Root

Dandelion root is one of the best herbs for liver repair. It stimulates phase 1 and 2, and also bile for a gentle diuretic effect. It is a star when it comes to clearing out liver congestion from disease, toxins, hormones or fat. Dandelion is also full of several vitamins and minerals you’re not going to get from the other items on this list, which are essential for phase 1 to phase 2 transitions.

Cilantro

Heavy metals are a special breed of toxin. You can do all the normal detoxification activities, and still have heavy metals bogging down your system. They come from the foods we eat, the air we breathe, and the water we drink. The medications we take (yes, vaccines) have more heavy metals than is EVER necessary. Cilantro stimulates metal chelation, whichmeans it binds to metals and loosens them from your tissues. Only then can they go through the detoxification process and be fully eliminated from your body.

Turmeric (Curcumin)

Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-cancer powerhouse! It’s been used in India for centuries to support phase 1 and 2 detoxification. It also protects liver cells from being destroyed between phase 1 and 2, when the toxins are water soluble and highly dangerous. It’s most valuable attribute is that it stimulates phase 2 very quickly so the toxic danger is minimized. It’s also known for combating the effects of carcinogenic substances. When Turmeric is paired with black pepper, it becomes more bioavailable, which means it’s more effective in the body, and lasts longer.
