Overview
The month of July (at least the first half of it) will continue to be affected by the explosive and deadly Uranus-Saturn square. During the first half of this month this square will be within a degree. As detailed below the manifestation of this square will be reflected in continued friction between the Israelis and Palestinians (the Hamas faction), the ongoing global vaccine drive challenges, senseless killing and shootings, violence, social unrests in the Middle-East, Russia and China, and a significant rise in natural (heat waves, tornados, severe storms) and man-made calamities in the United States.
In addition, the energies of Neptune-Mars (July 17-19) and Pluto-Mars (July 21-23) quincunxes may become responsible for an outbreak of covert activities among leading nations and possibilities of both natural and man-made problems in the United States of America, Russia, China, Iraq, Iran, Palestine and Israel.
Other important event is retrograde motion of four major planets: Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune and Pluto. The energies of these retrograde planets may result in a general slowdown in economy (Jupiter), stalling of ongoing peace negotiations, especially in the Middle-East area (Saturn and Pluto), and surfacing (or uncovering) of the political scandals that happened during the last 6 to 8 months (Neptune).
Retrograde Jupiter (June 20 – October 18)
On June 20, Jupiter turned retrograde in sidereal Aquarius. With its retrograde motion it will return to the sidereal Capricorn on September 15. It will continue to be retrograde in Capricorn until October 18.
While it’s in Aquarius, it’s the time for academia, social reformers, philosophers, philanthropists, people involved in social justice and morality related fields to consider back off a little from their agenda and reflect on what has been achieved or done so far. When it’s in Capricorn, entrepreneurs, business people, CEO’s of big companies, money managers, etc., should consider in taking a pause in their activities and review their goals and agendas.
For those who have a well-placed Jupiter in their birth charts and if Jupiter’s period is currently in operation likely to feel a slight deceleration in their progress. Remember it’s only temporary! Need to put more energy in whatever you do to achieve the same result that you would when it’s direct. Especially those born with Capricorn, Libra, Leo, Gemini and Aries as a ninefold (Navamansha) ascendant are likely to do well while Jupiter in Aquarius, and those who are born with Sagittarius, Virgo, Cancer, Taurus and Pisces as a ninefold (Navamansha) ascendant would experience favorable period when Jupiter in Capricorn.
On the world scene, particularly in religious world, “Confusion” will dominate, and their agendas are likely to get stalled. The world economy may slow down as well.
Saturn-Uranus Square (January 18 – July 19)
One of the most important and deadly planetary combinations of 2021 is the Capricorn Saturn and Aries Uranus square during January 18 through July 19 and then during the entire month of December 2021.
Aries being a fire and cardinal sign is very suitable for brilliant, independent, ambitious, energetic, impulsive, and crazy Uranus. The changes in world political landscape have been tremendously influenced by Uranus’s transit in Aries.
Now combine the Uranus’s energy with that of steadfast and subtle but very powerful energy of Capricorn Saturn through its challenging square with Uranus. It’s a perfect combination for material world disasters including the natural calamities such as a possible outbreak and spreading of new virus. Unless these energies are properly understood, the man-made challenges might include increased friction between world powers (USA-Russia and China) resulting into war-like climate.
The people who are likely to be most affected by this square are military personnel, people in power such as business leaders and political leaders. In scientific and technological areas expect drastic changes; and emerging new ideas will find their ways into innovations and discoveries. Since the characteristics of Uranus are closely tied with that of the United States as a country (especially the states of California, Oregon and Washington) likelihood of serious natural and man-made calamities, political and financial upheavals in the United States is very strong.
Since characteristics of Uranus are more aligned with liberal ideas and that of Saturn with conservatism, I wouldn’t be surprised if an intense conflict emerges between the right-wing republicans and the left-wing democrats not only in congress but all over the country that might last through July.
Jupiter’s transit in the sidereal Aquarius (Phase 1: April 5 – Sept 15)
On April 5, Jupiter left (sidereal) Capricorn and temporarily entered the next zodiac sign, Aquarius. Jupiter’s transit from one zodiac sign to the next occurs, on average, once a year. This time, the first phase of Jupiter’s transit in Aquarius will last until Sept 15, 2021.
Jupiter’s manifestation in Aquarius will certainly be reflected in emergence of new philosophies, philosophical debates, and as a result, perhaps new norms and new way of living. For the entire world, in general, it’s going to be an auspicious time from the philosophical and collective spiritual advancement point of view. In addition, Aquarius being a fixed sign, the resulting philosophical influences will likely to be long lasting.
On individual levels, for those who have dominant Jupiter in their birth charts and have Sagittarius, Pisces, Gemini, Leo, or Libra as their natal a ninefold (Navamansa) ascendant are likely to experience a very positive period beginning April 5 thru September 15, and then Nov 20, 2021 thru April 13, 2022.
Natural and Man-made Calamities…
The natural calamities like extreme weather conditions, wildfires, hurricanes, heavy rains, snowstorms, air crashes as well as man-made accidents are more likely to occur -made accidents are more likely to occur July 1-3 and 17-31.

While man-made calamities may manifest themselves in terrorism, unrest, violence, accidents, and air crashes, the natural calamities are likely to include extreme weather conditions such as severe cold winters, and equally intensive droughts, hurricanes or typhoons, thunderstorms, earthquakes and fires.
About President Joe Biden and his challenges…….
For President Joe Biden, the planetary picture looks mixed for the month of July.
Given the Gochar chart dispositions of the planets, Jupiter will be neutral for him till July 22. After that, it will be favorable for him to be successful in achieving humanitarian goals. Mercury continues to be successful for him at least until July 7th, then neutral until July 25, and then positive in getting things done during the last week of the month.
In addition, both the 10th and 11th house Gochar Mars will be favorable for him in achieving his major goals after a significant effort and fight in congress in getting some important bills passed. The lunar node Ketu will be somewhat neutral in having few obstacles in governing the country.
However, the continuation of the opposition of the transiting Uranus to his natal Mars, the square of the transiting Saturn to his natal Mars and the conjunction of the transiting Rahu to his natal Saturn will likely to be reflected in more challenges that will test his ability to govern. It may prove to be a very painful experience for him, especially the energy of the transiting Uranus and Saturn likely to force him to be more confrontational.
Overall, July, like June, is likely to fair a mixed month for him with success in dealing with ongoing issues on one hand but facing the new challenges requiring him to be more confrontational with unknown outcome on the other.

May 2 – July 3: An outbreak of violence and terrorist activities in Middle-East, a strong possibility of natural as well as man-made calamities, and to some extent, war-like climate in some part of the world. June 30 – July 2: A strong possibility of a short term but very intensive friction between India and Pakistan. Terrorism and violence, especially in Middle East will be on rise. An outbreak of an undesirable happening, and strong occurrences of both natural and man-made turmoil are real possibilities.
July 3-20: Religions around the world may find difficulty in carrying out their activities, more controversies that test traditional moral values are likely to occur, and in general, religious authorities will have difficulty in keeping people happy.
July 17-19: An outbreak of covert activities among leading nations and possibilities of both natural and man-made conflicts in the United States of America, Russia, China, Iraq, Iran, Palestine, and Israel.
July 21-23: A strong possibility of both natural and man-made calamities in the Middle East region.
July 23-31: A strong and possibly unprecedented friction between the USA and Russia, and between the USA and China. In addition, a social or political turmoil in Russia and China is likely.

June 20 – July 11: A good period for economy. This period is also good for progress in technical fields (new innovations and discoveries) and religious reconciliation.
July 15-20: Good period for all world spirituality expansion. Academic and social fields are very likely to enjoy the new and positive changes occurring in their respective fields.
