Ultimate Liver Support Salad

Every ingredient in this crisp, delicious salad supports a healthy liver and promotes a strong liver cleanse!

Ingredients

1 bunch spinach

1 bunch arugula

1 apple, any type

1 avocado

1 roasted beet

1 handful walnuts

Dressing:

Lemon juice

Olive oil

Turmeric

Garlic

Instructions

Wash and dry all the veggies and fruits. Remove the stems from the spinach and arugula and toss together in a bowl. Slice the apple, avocado, and beet into thin slices or chop into bit sized pieces. Roughly chop the walnuts. Toss in with the spinach and arugula

For the dressing, finely mince the garlic. Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, turmeric and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve, and enjoy!

Notes:

If making this ahead of time, add the avocado right before serving. Do not add dressing until serving as well.
