Watermelon Lime Cooler

Light, hydrating, and perfect on a hot day.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh watermelon (cubed, seeds removed)
  • Juice of 1–2 limes
  • A few mint leaves
  • Cold sparkling water (or still, if you prefer)
  • Ice

How to make it:

  • Blend the watermelon until smooth.
  • Strain if you want it extra smooth
  • Stir in lime juice and lightly muddle the mint.
  • Pour over ice and top with sparkling water.

Optional upgrades:

  • Add a splash of coconut water for extra hydration
  • A pinch of salt to enhance the flavor

It’s basically summer in a glass—sweet, citrusy, and really cooling.
